Nice job on the effects and lighting--They came out really well
Her hand is a little big, though... And also, the elbow on her right arm is too far down (It should be level with the bottom of her ribcage or thereabouts).
This is really up to you--And it may have been intentional--but when I look at her face, all I can think is "aged Navajo shamaness"--I'm pretty sure it's the combination of the shape of her face with her un-shiny hair (That almost looks like dreadlocks) that does it. Hmm.
Possibly make her face a little rounder, maybe (Only if you feel like it) her eyes a little bigger, and her hair a little shinier/smoother? Up to you.
Anyway, awesome job! The long production time really paid off--This piece looks great

I'll get her hand and elbow fixed. Her elbow is almost down to her hip!

I'll try to fix up her face too, as it is a little too sunken. However, I did intend to make her appear much older than commonly portrayed. I find it difficult to imagine youkai who are hundreds of years old as young girls. Although if they can live that long, I suppose anything is possible.

The background is amazing, and I can't tell a single problem with Utsuho herself.

Easy mistake to make with her, actually--Probably because you can't use her hand as a reference point

As I said, it's really up to you--I do frequently find that ZUN's character designs tend to sacrifice any fragment of realism (Or faithfulness to the original myths) in favor of moe factor--I mean, Aya doesn't have red skin, and Nitori doesn't have a duck bill
Not that I'm objecting, of course

Anyway, do what suits you, and either way it'll look great!

Very well done on the overrall scenery and feel of this piece. Her pose and appearrance does evoke a deep sense of conquest. Yet, it also seems as though she's searching for someone.
I love the shades you put into this. The look of the stars, the empty space, and the black-hole over her finger, the colors were magnificently done.
I must say though, her face could use just a little work, and perhaps some added sharpness/realism. But if the foggy, eerieness is what you were going for, that is just as lovely.

Either way, smashing good work here.
